I also have python2.7, but as far as i know, pip3 shouldn't conflict with python2. Invalid pointer error, and found it is caused by trying to free objects from memory multiple times, or it also happens if you have two the code compiles but aborts with an invalid pointer when run. Any tips on how to debug this?

I did a fresh installation of linux mint 18.1 in case i broke something, but still have the same. Invalid pointer aborted (core dumped) it doen't tells me where exactly is the problem. Running docker build generates a warning that an invalid free was performed. So i tried gimp but to my surprise, even trying to open any image file freezes the whole system and i have to ctrl+alt+bkspc my way out (i don't know how to provide a crash log in such case because i lose all open.
